Hi people - I would like to hear from campers from the years I was the Big Chief. I get together with Chief Judy Updike and Chief Wendy Akins often and we laugh a lot about the skits we used to do - remember the Movie skit? It was my favolrite. Let us know your favorite memory.
Chief Garrett, I just registered and was excited to see a message from someone I actually remembered. My name is now Tammy Applegate but I was Tammy Lilly when I was both a camper then later a C.I.T for 3 years. Do you remember Hurricane Agnus in '72? I think that was my second year as a C.I.T. I don't expect you to remember me but I just wanted to say hi. I hope all is well.
Hello all, My name is Denise. I went to Camp Sandy Cone from 1968 -1974. Those were the best summers of my life. I still look back at some of the pictures I took. I remember Judy Updike. Also Cheif Cathy Ritchie. Actually Cathy was my gym teacher for a couple years in middle school.I also rememeber Cheif Linda Brown, Debby Rupe. One year I actually wnet for the whole 6 weeks. I saved up my babysitting money and paid for it myself.I also went on a bike trip to Cape HENLOPEN STATE PARK.My mother and he siblings also went to camp there. So it had stayed in the family. I am now 46 years old and still remember my time at Camp Sandy Cove. Thank you.
