Meet The Director
    And Year Round Staff

He has a Master’s Degree in Christian Education from Columbia International University.

    Chief Tim

I dedicated my life to full-time service for Christ

As a child I had the unique opportunity to attend Camp Sandy Cove (formerly Camp Sandy Hill) every summer. This experience was crucial to my development. Not only did I learn skills like archery, outdoor living and crafts, I also developed friendships with other campers and staff that helped me to grow.

    These times were the best!

Most importantly, as a camper, I remember learning what it meant to be a Christian. This knowledge, and the example of the staff at camp, impacted me in such a way that I dedicated my life to full-time service for Christ.

Every summer I renew a commitment to find staff who will continue to impact campers as my counselors did. All staff members attend at least 7 days of training each year to sharpen their skills and prepare spiritually for the summer. They are taught to provide spiritual guidance and to show the unconditional love of Jesus to campers, parents and each other. These young men and women stand out among their peers; they model a healthy Christian life and they can’t wait to meet your children!
